Epibenzomalvin E
Application Notes
The benzomalvins are substance P inhibitors of human neurokinin NK1 receptors from Penicillium sp. The structure of epibenzolmalvin E as the (-) isomer of the benzomalvin E epimers was published in 2020. Little is known of the biological activity of benzomalvin E and its epimer, although it is reported to inhibit 2,3-dioxygenase.
