Atranorin is a common lichen metabolite that is allergenic and has a broad biological profile, with Anti-inflammatory, analgesic, wound healing, antifungal, antibacterial, antioxidant, antiviral and immunomodulatory. Atranorin has cytotoxic, antiproliferative, apoptotic and cell migration inhibitory effects on SPC212 malignant mesothelioma cancer cells.
