Aselacin C
Application Notes
Aselacin C is a cyclic pentadepsipeptide isolated from an Acremonium species in 1994 by researchers at Abbott Laboratories. Aselacin C inhibits binding of endothelin to its receptor in bovine atrial and procine cerebral membranes with an IC50 of approximately 20 µ/mL.
