Sorokinianin
Application Notes
Sorokinianin is a phytotoxin isolated from Bipolaris sp. derived biogenetically from a farnesylpyrophosphate and an additional C3 unit. Sorokinianin inhibits the germination of barley and spore germination of the plant pathogenic fungi, A. solani, F. oxysporum and S. sclerotiorum at 100 µg/ml) by up to 66.7%.
