Cladobotric acid H
Application Notes
Cladobotric H is an unusual polyketide isolated from Cladobotryum sp. grown on rice in 2022. Cladobotric H displays moderately potent activity against S. aureus, including MSSA, MRSA/VISA and hVISA. Cladobotric acid H displays significant antifungal activity against Aspergillus fumigatus and Candida auris. Cladobotric acid H is more potent than cladobotric acid E as an antibacterial, but less potent as an antifungal.
