Anominine
Application Notes
Anominine is an indole diterpenoid reported by Bonjoch and colleagues, University of Barcelona, Spain in 2008. Anominine provided by BioAustralis is isolated from a biosynthetically talented, new species of Aspergillus found in southern Queensland, Australia. In-house bioassays show that anominine has antibacterial activity with an MIC of 0.4 ug/mL against B. subtilis and modest activity against murine myeloma tumor cell line and non-tumour cell line neonatal foreskin fibroblasts.
