Kanchanamycin A
Application Notes
Kanchanamycin A is a polyol macrolide produced by Streptomyces olivaceus. Kanchanamycin A possesses a 36-membered lactone ring and a 6-membered hemiacetal ring, with an unusual terminal urea moiety. Kanchanamycin A possesses limited antimicrobial activity against S. aureus, P. fluorescens and P. notatum.
