Application Notes

Dregamine is a monoterpene indole alkaloid of the voacamine type extracted from Voacanga and other plant species, first reported in 1959 by Neuss and Cone. Dregamine has antiinflammatory and antiviral properties and shows weak local anaesthetic, convulsant and respiratory stimulant properties.
