Asperindole B
Application Notes
Asperindole B is an indole-diterpene alkaloid first isolated from a marine-derived Aspergillus sp. by Ivanets et al., Russian Academy of Sciences, Vladivostok in 2018. Asperindole B is the dechloro analogue of asperindole A. The activity of asperindole B against hormone therapy-resistant PC-3 and 22Rv1, as well as hormone therapy-sensitive human prostate cancer cells was not reported and low activity/inactivity is presumed.
