Stachybotrysin B
Application Notes
Stachybotrysin B is an analogue of a complex of phenylspirodrimanes isolated from the fungus, Stachybotrys chartarum, by collaborating Chinese Key Research Institutes in 2017. Stachybotrysin B is active against HIV but is not cytotoxic. Stachybotrysins have been shown to inhibit osteoclast differentiation in bone marrow macrophage cells via suppression of RANKL-induced activation of p-ERK, p-JNK, p-p38, c-Fos, and NFATc1.
