Application Notes
Amicoumacin B is an isocoumarin produced by B. subtilis. Amicoumacin B is a quorum-sensing inhibitor against Chromobacterium violaceum. Its analogue, amicoumacin A, has strong anti-inflammatory and antiulcer properties in animal models.
